The Cashmere Studio team thanks you for your order—we hope it brings you joy and keeps you cozy! However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
EXCHANGE
We will gladly accept exchange if you are not satisfied with your order. We also exchange sizes if the items does not fit to your liking. Please note that items to be exchange must be sent within 15 days of delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Note : You must contact us by email with your order# to initiate the return & exchange and receive full mailing address.
To return an item :
- Place the item securely in its original packaging.
- Please include your full name and order number on a piece of paper with your return or exchange. It will allow us to ensure we correctly process the right order.

Please Note
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Ensure that the customs form clearly states the item is a return. This is important to prevent incurring duty costs. Should there be any duty costs incurred in accepting your return, these will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged :
- Gift Cards
Sometimes, though rare, a product might arrive damaged or defective—it happens! If this is the case, please reach out to us using the contact email below so we can arrange a refund or exchange. Don’t forget to include pictures in your email to help us better understand what went wrong with your order.
CANCEL ORDER
Important note : all orders are automatically processed 24 hours after they’re placed, and unfortunately, we can’t cancel them once they’ve been processed.
